cmdReporter command line flags

Command line flags

Options are :

-T  
    Output loaded set of cmdReporter preferences and then exit.

-D  
    Run cmdReporter in debugging mode with extra troubleshooting information 
    printed to STDOUT.

-o [stdout|file]    
    Temporarily change the log output to the specified file path or STDOUT.
